About the challenge
Are you an experienced marketing generalist looking for a new challenge? Do you have what it takes to manage end-to-end marketing and program development to boost awareness and conversion?
We are looking for a Senior Manager Agent Engagement to spearhead our efforts in amplifying brand visibility, enhancing client and employee relations, increasing agent engagement, and improving our company's growth through events that effectively communicate business strategy and brand personality.
What a day at work for you will look like:
- You will spearhead the Agent Network Expansion effort, to develop and execute strategies to grow the number of agents within our network, focusing on targeted marketing efforts and recruitment activations
- You will lead marketing campaigns and activation events designed to attract new agents, showcasing the benefits of joining our network and driving engagement with potential recruits
- You will oversee the continuous development and training of sales agents, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet performance targets and contribute to the company’s growth
- You will create a memorable experience with a meaningful interaction between Lamudi as a Brand and the agent network
- You will take part on the database management, to monitor and manage the agent and customer databases, leveraging insights to inform recruitment strategies and improve agent outreach
Is this you?
- Experienced marketer with minimum 5 years of work experience handling ATL, BTL, community marketing, primarily large-scale activations
- Min. of 2 years senior/managerial leadership experience
- Proven experience in agent/dealer engagement within marketing function, sales management, or a related field within the real estate industry
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to drive initiatives that boost agent productivity
- Proficiency in data management and CRM systems, with a focus on optimizing workflows and enhancing user experience
- Can-do attitude. You are a pro on strategic thinking, but you demonstrate a hands-on approach to be deeply involved in the execution of initiatives
