We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Admin - Delonix Hotel Karawang to help us build up our business activities. If you have excellent communication skills and experiance, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.


Responsibilities :

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, responding
  • Take minutes for meetings as required.
  • Organize and manage all Sales & Marketing files.
  • Distribute memos and correspondence as required.
  • Complete opening duties as assigned.
  • Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all hotel and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain filing procedures.
  • Prepare and send documents as required by Sales & Marketing team
  • Receive and distribute documents to appropriate personnel.
  • Type correspondence, memos, and reports as assigned according to hotel standards.
  • Promote positive relations with guests and employees.


  • Proven work experience as an Sales Asmin
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)
  • Fully understand about Sales & Marketing daily operations
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang
