DELONIX Hotel by AYANA Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, cultivating client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals across all properties within the AYANA portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning
- Prepare and present reports on sales metrics and performance to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistency in messaging and customer experience
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
- Strong network of contacts in the hospitality and travel sectors
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights to drive decision-making
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed
