AYANA Hospitality is looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker) to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies tailored to the Mandarin-speaking market, while driving revenue growth for our hotels and resorts. Your ability to build relationships with clients and understand their needs will be essential to your success.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partner agencies to promote loyalty and repeat business.
- Deliver sales presentations and proposals that address client needs and highlight our unique offerings.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, providing exceptional service and accurate information.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and promotions for Mandarin clients.
- Analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports and forecasts for management review.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform sales strategies.
- Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken) and proficient in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry or a similar environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
