We are in search of young talented with an energetic personality , yet elegant that fulfill the requirement for an admin F&B to work with our amazing F&B team


Responsibilities

  • Manage and route phone calls appropriately
  • Maintain physical and digital employee records
  • Schedule in-house and external meetings
  • Manage and order office supplies
  • Distribute incoming mail
  • Address employees’ and clients’ queries (via email, phone or in-person)
  • Organize company documents into updated filing systems
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrator or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)
  • Fully understand about F&B service and product daily operations
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang
