Job Description:

Leading and give clear direction to Retail Finance team which consist of Collection, KYC, Support, and Customer Service team
Identify room for improvements for each team to ensure we are running effectively and efficiently
Prepare regular meeting material for management both local and regional related to KPI achievement and room for improvements
Review and Fulfil head count for each sub team according to capacity planning that's already agreed with management
Coach and Give Feedback to each BAU Lead regularly on how they can improved further
as PIC for communication with both internal and external, local and regional related to BAU team. ex. related to new project, process, system, improvement, or else

Requirements:

Min. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Experience in management, operations, and leadership
5+ years experience of handling wide and diverse team
Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
Excellent communication skills
Solid understanding of credit business
