Job Description:
- Leading and give clear direction to Retail Finance team which consist of Collection, KYC, Support, and Customer Service team
- Identify room for improvements for each team to ensure we are running effectively and efficiently
- Prepare regular meeting material for management both local and regional related to KPI achievement and room for improvements
- Review and Fulfil head count for each sub team according to capacity planning that's already agreed with management
- Coach and Give Feedback to each BAU Lead regularly on how they can improved further
- as PIC for communication with both internal and external, local and regional related to BAU team. ex. related to new project, process, system, improvement, or else
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Experience in management, operations, and leadership
- 5+ years experience of handling wide and diverse team
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid understanding of credit business
