Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests entering the retail store
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure shelves and displays are properly stocked and presentable at all times
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Assist customers in finding and purchasing merchandise
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Monitor and report on stock levels and assist in inventory management
- Indonesian Citizen
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort or retail company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
- Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
