Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests entering the retail store
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Cross-sell products
• Ensure shelves and displays are properly stocked and presentable at all times
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Assist customers in finding and purchasing merchandise
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
• Monitor and report on stock levels and assist in inventory management

• Indonesian Citizen
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort or retail company.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
• Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
