Retail Attendant - AYANA SAKA Museum

We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Retail Attendant to work with our Rooms team in AYANA SAKA Museum.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Cross-sell products
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services

• Indonesian Citizen
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Has a positive attitude
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
• Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
