The Role
As part of the Retail Team, you will be responsible for helping to provide proactive and effective administration; become a practical support for our retail business unit, and become one of the bridges between store and headquarters contributing to a smooth and cooperative working environment. Reporting into the Area Supervisor, you will be integral to the success of Love, Bonito especially as we go into hyper growth over the next few years!
Main Responsibilities :
Administration
- Recapitulating daily sales per store input by store team, to be matched with our internal system and external vendor system.
- Recapitulating daily footfall to our systems.
- Recapitulating retail channel performances (daily, weekly, and monthly) including shared weekly & monthly meeting decks.
- Posting all sales input results into our external vendor systems.
- Become an informant to the store teams regarding consolidation, any goods movement and any sale listing from Merchandising teams.
- Responsible for making direct order and return order forms to be inputted at the external vendor systems.
- Maintaining and helping stock opname stores.
- And any ad- hoc duties.
Retail Operations
- Continuously innovating how to find ways in improving the smooth flow of communication, operations and manpower within the retail store team and headquarters.
- Responsible for upgrading and upholding a high service quality for the retail staff; which includes training, reviewing and onboarding service staff.
- Frequent store visits to spot training gaps, evaluate the effectiveness of recent training and build strong relationships with store teams.
- Maintain great relationships with external vendors such as department stores both head office and on-floor personnel to improve performance.
Requirements & Experiences :
- 1-2 years of experience in retail as retail ops or related experience. Fresh graduates are welcome!
- BA/BS degree in business and management, marketing, economics or other related fields.
- Detail oriented, highly analytical and distinctly logical.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high goals and KPIs by delivering quick results.
- Great management and people-development skills.
- Effective communicator and an influential team player.
- Able to make conversation in English.
