The Regional Learning and Development team aims to build up the capabilities of employees through providing learning programs and building supporting infrastructure to assess and review individual development needs. The Regional Learning and Development Support Executive will be responsible for supporting the team in the administration of learning programs to ensure the smooth execution of all our initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the external course library and ensure all training details are regularly updated
  • Perform registration, payment and enrolment of employees into training courses
  • Manage cancellations and withdrawals from external training courses in alignment with our training policy
  • Manage e-learning requests and handle course rescheduling where required
  • Liaise with external vendors and hotels for training workshops
  • Submit documentation for training grants and track incoming funds
  • Report quarterly training budget utilization
  • Update competencies for job roles periodically
  • Maintain training records of employees
  • Track individual development plans by ensuring participants attend scheduled training activities

Requirements

  • Diploma holder with a background in Human Resources or any related business discipline
  • Prior experience in a coordination/administration role and familiarity with government training programs and grants would be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in English - Reading, Writing & Speaking
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suites
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently
  • Able to work independently and is also a strong team player
