AYANA Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts at AYANA Midplaza, JAKARTA. As part of our dynamic Human Resources team, the Recruitment Coordinator will play a crucial role in facilitating the talent acquisition process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Post job openings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and company websites.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare and send interview confirmation emails to candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verification as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives, including participation in job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and ensure timely updates on recruitment status to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS and Job Portals such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet, etc.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for finding the right talent.
  • Having experience in supervising a small team is a plus point
