- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as business owner, business consultant, or similar advisory role.
- Min 2 years exp handled team
- Strong understanding of business operations and challenges.
- Basic understanding of fintech industry
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, structural thinking and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and planning.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
