We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Ready Talent team, to build the acquisition engine.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Play a key role in driving the revenue of Ready Talent, by looking for the right talent to deliver matching
- Define and validate the ideal candidate profiles and validate this through A/B testing
- Building Product Perception and Brand positioning
- Doing research, drive initiatives, make a program to improve acquisition conversion rate
- Work with various stakeholders, especially with Employer Marketing, to increase we’re bringing in the right talent for employers

Who We Are Looking For
- 3 - 6 Years of Experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Online Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing Manager in B2C
- Self-starter
- Great Communication Skills
- Strong people skills
- Strong data analysis skills (adept in excel or other data analysis platform)
- Strong Product Marketing Skills
