Process Improvement Senior Analyst

- Handling project improvement to increase process effectiveness and efficiency in Operation.
- Looking for someone with experience in business improvement / process improvement / continuous improvement
- Has knowledge about lean process or process improvement methodology, value added and non value added activity, 7 type of waste
- Work closely with the Operations team
- Graduate from reputable universities with STEM degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Process Improvement
- Preferably from tech / high growth company
- strong growth mindset, comfortable in ambiguous environment and comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Has certification on business improvement / process improvement / continuous improvement is a plus
- Strong background in operations fulfilment
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders
