L Beauty is a joint-venture between LVMH Fragrances and Cosmetics and Luxasia for the distribution and business development of some of its Beauty brands in South East Asia. The portfolio of L Beauty comprises of Benefit Cosmetics, MAKE UP FOR EVER, Fresh and Parfums Christian Dior - Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines.

Position Overview:

  • Lead digital & PR aspect in Indonesia physically under guidance of Indonesia - Philippines Marketing Manager and support from Global Marcomm Team
  • Be a strong partner to Indonesia - Philippines Marketing Manager in driving our online business for e-retailers and SR.com
  • Ensuring all PR & digital planned activities has sales elements and drives traffic to stores or retail and while being aligned with Marcomm KPI and goals
  • Liaise with colleagues across multiple departments from sales to marketing to contribute ideas for improving brand's voice and online presence
  • Compile marketing reports which includes post event recaps and campaign launch analysis in the PR & Digital aspect


Responsibilities:

Digital

  • Manage and execute planning, creative and budgets for paid social media campaigns
  • Support/develop social media content strategy to increase social reach and engagement
  • Manage social media account postings on Facebook, IG and Tiktok (IG: x2-3 times a day; Tiktok: x3 times/week)
  • Execution of digital ad buy for Facebook & Tiktok via Ads Manager platform
  • Grow brand visibility on our e-retailers’ website including shaping star product launch plans with retailer’s digital team, establish the annual action plan, monitor brand presence and visibility on site and social media, increase brand reach on retailers' digital channels
  • Monitor and manage reviews & ratings on Google Indonesia Business; update information as and when it is needed
  • Manage Google Indonesia Business platform: replying to reviews, collating monthly reviews recap and identifying top services doors

PR

  • Involve in driving PR results by creating & executing PR projects and initiatives locally based on budget
  • Plan and execute PR launch events or in-store events for KOL/ Media/ Consumers
  • Ensure the development of a strong relationship with top KOLS and media partners for earned media coverage
  • Plan and explore collaboration opportunities with like-mind brands or partners to develop PR/digital campaigns to drive sales and SOV
  • Drive special PR sends & press releases for new launches and campaigns - PR stock ordering, packing and seeding out
  • Identify relevant KOLs /Tiktokers for campaign launches
  • Work closely with Content Creator to build close knitted relationships with KOLS & press for online features or content videos
  • Grow awareness of Benefit to Gen Z audience through digital and KOL efforts
  • Researching beauty trends, competitor behavior and emerging media in order to innovate

E-Retailers/Ecommerce

  • Work with e-retailers team (Sephora, Lazada & Zalora) closely to gain digital presence onsite and online
  • Work with SEA Ecomm team to execute media buys for Sephora/Lazada collaboration ads and investment
  • Work with SEA Ecomm team for creation of digital assets for mega campaigns
  • Identify KOLs to push for mega retail campaigns and livestreams (Lazlive/Z Live/FB Live Selling), if needed
  • Oversee e-retailers livestreams to drive platform sales

  • 2-3 years building cross platform digital marketing programs and public relations; beauty industry experience is preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal communication & presentation skills
  • Strategic, creative thinker with the ability to turn idea into holistic content programs
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Have a flexible and professional attitude
  • Strong attention to detail, organized and good management skills
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Ability to work well with different stakeholders across organization
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience leading and executing social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
  • Familiar with CPAS (Collaboration Performance Advertising Solution) and budgeting will be advantage
