- Plan and execute paid media campaigns utilizing various paid media platforms such as Social Media Ads, SEM, GDN or Programmatic Ads (based on the objective and organization budget).
- Optimizing and working on the budget given to reach maximum KPI and keeping the cost per result at the optimum level.
- Measure and monitor the paid media campaign performance against the growth objective.
- Create a report and identify the factor that should improve in terms of the paid media performance.
- Identify trends and insights of the market that has a correlation with the paid media performance.
- At least 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in performance or paid marketing.
- Strong Google Search Ads, Google Display Ads and Facebook Ads experience, Programmatic Ads.
- Strong online marketing strategy (audience understanding, channel knowledge, conversion rate optimization).
- Problem-solver, critical and logical thinker, and fast learner.
- Strong communication skills to build & maintain collaborative relationships with the stakeholders and to share the reports and insights of the campaign performance.
- Proficient in digital analytics (strong in numbers, doing data analysis and getting actionable insights from data, and using analytics tools).
- Fluent in English.
