Moladin is seeking an Ops & Planning Manager to join their team. As the Ops & Planning Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company and play a critical role in planning and executing Moladin's strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize with executives on company's objectives and map out plans to maximize growth potential
  • Monitor expenses and budgets to ensure financial health of the company
  • Critically evaluate and define business metrics; develop analysis that lead to actionable insights to support the continuous optimization of incentives and operations.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and optimization for various processes.
  • Create and maintain reports on company metrics and KPIs to assist with decision making
  • Lead preparation of cross functional weekly / biweekly cadences. This includes providing of timely and accurate financial management information and analysis for performance monitoring and decision-making.
  • Conduct experiments and launch initiatives to increase transactions number.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in relevant workstream (E-commerce, Management Consulting)
  • Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers.
  • Ability to develop and execute complex operational plans with a focus on strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to execute projects and initiatives.
  • Strong in multiple tasks and able to manage projects end to end.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools, such as Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
