Responsible for managing/developing Sales Unit and Teams across the nation through ensuring a combination of profitable revenue growth for all customers serviced via the Business Unit whilst meeting Ninja Xpress’s market share growth objectives in line with the country commercials strategy and align with the regional team. The focus on this commercial team will offering final mile delivery solutions in the express domestic parcel segment to SMEs
Job Description
- Lead a team of both direct and indirect reports that is focused on developing and maintaining a business capable of achieving operational, financial, and service expectations.
- Work alongside the regional business in the areas of strategy, sales operations and financial goals of the department
- Agree sales targets/objectives that are measurable and achievable annually/monthly
- Assist in development of relevant materials such as presentations, reports and related analysis as and when required by the business.
- Identify the present and future needs of the Field Sales Unit to achieve the Business Unit’s Business Plan
- Responsible for coordination, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the department/team, high performance team approach and creating a positive climate where people want to do their best
- Align with commercials strategy to improve retention and development efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master Degree from any majors, preferably from management, and business administration
- Has experience 5-10 years in Sales and/or Operations nationwide
- Prior experience in building and leading a sales team at least 4 years
- Preferably coming from logistics industry such as Express or 3PL industry
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Able to produce and deliver quality presentations on a regular basis to key stakeholders
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful and adaptable in an ambiguous and new space
- Customer orientation, strong decision making, data driven and dependability
