L Beauty is a joint venture between LVMH Fragrances & Cosmetics and Luxasia for the distribution and business development of some of its Beauty brands in South East Asia. The portfolio of L Beauty comprises of Benefit Cosmetics, MAKE UP FOR EVER, Fresh and Dior - Perfumes & Cosmetics.

  • Have internship experience in marketing, social media, or public relation is a plus
  • Student in university, new graduate is welcome
  • Able to commit at least 6 months for the internship


Skills:

  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in Social Media platforms, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
  • Strong written & oral communication skill
  • Outgoing personality, creative, and good interpersonal skill
  • Fast learner, high initiative, good analytical skill, and committed to get the job done

Responsibilities:

Together with our Marketing team, he/she will :

  • Build and execute social media strategy following our Marketing Calendar
  • Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling (especially for TikTok)
  • Publish, and share content daily in our social media platforms
  • Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging
  • Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, promotions, and increase reach and engagement
  • Build meaningful connections with respective KOLs and media partner
