About the Role

As Insights Assistant Manager, you will help Insights Manager to provide actionable insights and strategies to reach target acquisitions and monthly transacting users. Working closely with the Marketing, Business Analyst, Strategy, and Demand team, as well as the greater GoFood Product team, you’ll help to drive an effective and strategic decision-making process by providing a holistic view of the market and competitive insights. Collectively, by devising and navigating strategic and data-driven initiatives for the team, your efforts will further position GoFood as the most preferred food delivery platform in Indonesia and beyond.


What You Will Do

  • Provide analytics and insights from multiple sources of data to understand the impact of our marketing activities on our business
  • Crafting monthly/quarterly reports with concise and full of insights to be presented to business partners across GoFood 
  • Present a holistic view of the market and competitive insights to allow an effective and strategic decision-making process
  • Discover GoFood consumer’s in-app and transaction behavior, and provide actionable insights and strategies to reach target acquisitions and monthly transacting users

What You Will Need

  • At least 3 years of experience working as a data analyst, business intelligence analyst, or strategy & planning analyst in technology, telecommunication, Bank, FMCG, or start-up industry
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Google Data Studio, Appsflyer, Tableau, and Cloud Infrastructure. Knowing R & Python would be a big advantage
  • Bachelor's degree from reputable universities or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into simple and intuitive communication, and balance deep analytical rigor with actionable insights
  • Strong understanding of marketing and analytical concepts such as segmentation, customer lifecycle, retargeting, attribution models, prediction, and A/B testing
  • Experience preparing and developing a campaign report or various complex business reports
  • Experience developing user segmentation and executing user nudging and CRM campaigns
About the Team

Our Global Marketing Strategy & Planning team is a subsidiary of the GoFood Marketing team. To win the market, we need strong logic (data and insights) combined with well-executed magic (campaigns). The Marketing Intelligence and Insights team is the key to delivering the logic to generate powerful & actionable insights for the GoFood platform. Our main responsibility is to develop GoFood’s marketing initiatives and ensure the platform's continuous growth by connecting the dots from different angles - in-depth knowledge of our consumers' product usage and behavior data, consumer segmentations, as well as competitive intelligence.
If anyone should have a question about what strategies to utilize in certain market segmentations for GoFood, we are your people! Currently, we have been working on different projects, including creating strategic roadmaps for GoFood’s new product features and their accompanying promotional campaigns. We believe the growth of the business is driven by the growth of its talents. Of course, while we care about business numbers, we also care about each other’s well-being and personal development.
