What you'll be doing
- Provide an effective recruitment service, filling positions on a timely basis and using innovative, cost-efficient approaches to attract the best candidates
- Execute payroll and general HR administration
- Maintain employee records in HRIS system
- Work with regional HR team to drive the company culture through HR programs
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource/Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 5 years in similar capacity
- Solid knowledge of Australian labour laws, salary market & statutory compliance
- Knowledge in Workday HRIS system is an advantage
