mindset) to achieve the business goals.


What you will be doing

Coach and develop a team

  • Implement interventions and develop a positive leadership style that strengthens and improve employee engagement within
  • HR department and the country as a whole.

    Talent Acquisition

  • Sources candidates to close gaps in the workforce plan.
  • Leverage proven sourcing channels for critical roles.
  • Offers employment terms and conditions to attract candidates.
  • Ensure and prepare all documentation required for employment, dependent, professional visit pass applications for
  • Expatriates, Non Natives and Interns.

    Talent Management

  • Ensure career development plan is in place.
  • Deploys year end performance evaluation.
  • Ensure employees on probation are assessed timely and professionally.
  • Develop employee communication messages to drive key business objectives and organisation change.
  • Collates reasons for leaving and analyze exit trends and patterns.
  • Implements tailored retention initiatives based on exit patterns.
  • Carry out yearly performance appraisal exercise.
  • Coordinate Talent soft roll out.
  • Input Career Committee Review information into relevant system for review.
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration

  • Review of existing benefits and standardize benefits according to position.
  • Coordinate all matters pertaining to insurance claims
  • Yearly Budget + Forecasts

  • Prepare, analyze and present budget forecast yearly.
  • Learning & Development

  • Deploy management skills based programs to close skills gaps.
  • Leverage development program for identified employees.
  • Industrial Relations/ Employee Relations

  • Handling and advice management on disciplinary issues, staff counselling and grievances, terminations and other
  • employee relation matters in compliance with local labour laws.

  • Facilitates poor performer exit with best practice processes in conjunction with Functional Senior team.
  • Ensure administration policy is adhered to and changes made when required
  • Prepares short and long range planning for administrative services operations and improvements to processes.
  • Establishes and recommends change to policies which affect the department.
  • Claims Disbursement

  • To ensure reimbursement claims of staffs are done via proper channel and approved claims for Travelling,
  • Telephone/Mobile Phone Expenses and ensure control and timely payment of the same after approval from Finance Department.

    Procurement / Vendor Management

  • Ensure all vendor contracts and renewal of contracts is done according to procedure and timely.
  • Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
  • Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
  • Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
  • Aapprove overhead invoice cost allocation and ensure Finance receive it based on dateline given.
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
  • Maintenance, Facilities & Security

  • Procure and maintenance of office equipment/furniture/fixtures
  • Asset control, Purchase, transfer & disposal process
  • Maintain proper record of company assets. Asset registration & update in system.
  • To ensure statutory liabilities and timely renewal of Trade, Business, Signboard, etc Licenses.
  • Ensure all contracts for vehicle and accommodation rental are prepared, signed and timely renewed.
  • Managing of office & warehouse maintenance, upgrade & relocation.
  • Others

  • Ensure all procedures and documents are implemented and adhered to in accordance to ISO9001, ISO18001,
  • OSHA14001, SEDEX and CT-PAT requirements.

  • Review of existing policies and implementing new policies to be in line with local regulations.
  • Specific Activities

  • Carrying out any other request made by their manager.
