AYANA Hospitality is a luxury hospitality company seeking a Guest Relation Officer (BOAT) for our AYANA Komodo resort. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and energetic team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The Guest Relation Officer is responsible for providing guests with a warm welcome and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their accommodations
- Take ownership of any guest complaints and resolve them in a timely and professional manner
- Make restaurant and activity reservations for guests
- Provide information to guests about the local area and attractions
- Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or services
- Coordinate transportation for guests to and from the resort
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the hospitality industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to excellence
