AYANA Hospitality is a luxury hospitality company seeking a Guest Relation Officer (BOAT) for our AYANA Komodo resort. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and energetic team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The Guest Relation Officer is responsible for providing guests with a warm welcome and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.


Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their accommodations
  • Take ownership of any guest complaints and resolve them in a timely and professional manner
  • Make restaurant and activity reservations for guests
  • Provide information to guests about the local area and attractions
  • Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or services
  • Coordinate transportation for guests to and from the resort
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
  • Strong customer service orientation and commitment to excellence
