AYANA Hospitality is proudly seeking a Mandarin Guest Relation Officer (Native) for our stunning AYANA Komodo resort. This pivotal role is dedicated to enhancing the overall guest experience for our Mandarin-speaking clientele. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued during their stay.
Responsibilities
- Welcome Mandarin-speaking guests upon arrival, providing a warm and personalized check-in experience
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns effectively and promptly
- Provide detailed information about resort amenities, services, and nearby attractions in Mandarin
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requirements and preferences
- Handle guest complaints professionally, working to resolve issues to their satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback for future visits
- Assist with arrangements for special requests, events, and activities
- Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience
- Native fluency in Mandarin and strong English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Previous experience in guest relations or customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with grace
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
