- Handle all reservation inquiries (rooms, spa, dining, activities) professionally via phone, email, or other channels.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel services, room types, packages, and availability.
- Accurately manage reservation systems (Opera, Glowing, HotSOS) and communication tools.
- Answer and manage calls with proper etiquette and clear communication in English.
- Process reservation changes, confirmations, and cancellations, verifying accuracy of details.
- Promote hotel services through suggestive selling and upselling techniques.
- Handle guest complaints and service recovery in a timely and courteous manner.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact with guests of diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in handling multitasking and time management
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) preferred
- Diploma in Hospitality or related fields; a Bachelor's degree is advantageous
