  • Handle all reservation inquiries (rooms, spa, dining, activities) professionally via phone, email, or other channels.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel services, room types, packages, and availability.
  • Accurately manage reservation systems (Opera, Glowing, HotSOS) and communication tools.
  • Answer and manage calls with proper etiquette and clear communication in English.
  • Process reservation changes, confirmations, and cancellations, verifying accuracy of details.
  • Promote hotel services through suggestive selling and upselling techniques.
  • Handle guest complaints and service recovery in a timely and courteous manner.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact with guests of diverse backgrounds
  • Proficiency in handling multitasking and time management
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) preferred
  • Diploma in Hospitality or related fields; a Bachelor's degree is advantageous
