What Will You Do:

  • Own regional CRM for HappyFresh – strategy, loyalty campaigns, ensuring best practices are followed
  • Lead & develop CRM channels across all countries
  • Work with local CRM leads to drive strategies for ad-hoc CRM activities
  • Develop automated CRM workflows across the customer life cycle
  • Own the CRM experimentation process & execution and drive with local CRM leads
  • Drive relevant reporting & analytics to get core transparency around performance and progress  
  • Manage and introduce campaigns, mechanics, and communications that drive loyalty redemption rate and subscription rate
  • Create and maintain automated customer flows and trigger communications related to loyalty and subscription
  • Continuously experiment and improve on loyalty and subscription offers and rewards by working with Product and local marketing teams

What Will You Need:

  • 5+ years hands-on email marketing and CRM experience, including multivariate testing. Experience using the Braze CRM tool is a plus
  • Data-driven, analytical with experience reporting on campaigns and pulling insights and trends
  • Detail-oriented, extremely organized with project management skills
  • Tech-savvy and doesn’t fear numbers or code
  • Ability to work across many company functions
  • Multi-tasker and independent worker
  • Creative with an eye for design
  • Open-minded and collaborative
