Finance Business Partner

About the Role: 

Finance Business Partner will be mainly responsible for effective analytics and value added to BP ensuring systems, budgets, targets, processes are available & adhered to

What You Will Do: 

• Report on monthly financial performance and prepare for regular management reviews
• Analyze past results, productivity, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Ad hoc basis for management report
• Focus on the bottom line and work for hand in hand with other departments to keep costs minimal

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting with professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CPA, or equivalent). Master's degree preferred
• Possessed at least 5 years of relevant experience in process improvement and monitoring
• Have a strong understanding and knowledge of financial reporting
• Are tech-savvy to using the ERP system. SAP is preferred
• Experience in Retail/eCommerce/B2B will be an advantage
