Who are we?

Amar Bank is one of the most technologically advanced digital banks in Indonesia. Our leading

How did it all start?

Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the
bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank)
in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the
country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform,
Tunaiku.

Job Description:

  • Maintain and refine internal processes that support high-ranking executives companywide, and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows
  • Perform required and additional duties as assigned by the CEO, including but not limited to email correspondence, reports and presentations, executive reports (quarterly reports & board reports), and running small projects on behalf of the CEO
  • Be able and proactive to perform tasks of the CEO’s plate and take them on
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for internal and external executives and stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the CEO
  • Maintain open communication with other key stakeholders/department heads in the mission of completing tasks/projects
  • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, and engage with them on a professional level
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
  • Providing administrative assistance (i.e, organizing and facilitating meetings, taking minutes and proper documentation, etc) and follow-ups through to the completion

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in strategic business knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, including the ability to draft and edit written correspondence, as well as effectively represent the CEO's office to high-level individuals across different cultures
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment and with a positive "can do" attitude and strong teamwork approach
  • Proven ability to be highly organized and possess the highest level of attention to detail
  • Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance
  • Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
