We offer an exciting career opportunity at AYANA SAKA Museum for an individual with the following details:
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Arrange travel and accommodations for the executive team
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Screen and prioritize phone calls and emails, and respond to inquiries as appropriate
- Coordinate and execute special projects and events as assigned
- Prepare and maintain confidential files and documents
- Coordinate and track expenses, process invoices, and assist with budget management
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Arts, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in the art and museum industry is a plus.
