Customer Care Tiket Priority Team Leader will meet with VIP Customers to discuss and learn about their travel requirements. They are responsible for advising VIP Customers about suitable travel options in accordance with their needs, wants, and capabilities. In addition, they help them plan trips to domestic or international destinations, tours, accommodation, transport, insurance, fares, and all the documents needed. The goal is to keep the VIP Customers satisfied and loyal to future services.

Your main duties in flying with us:

  • Cooperate with VIP Customers to determine their needs and advise them on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
  • Share relevant information, and campaign related to traveling promo fare to the VIP Customers
  • Book transportation, make hotel reservations, and collect payment/fees
  • Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
  • Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints, or refunds
  • Enter data into a system and maintain VIP Customer's files
  • Build and maintain relationships with VIP Customers 
  • Meet profit and sales targets
  • Keep learning and stay updated about the latest industry trends

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

  • Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a relevant field 
  • Proven work experience as a Travel Agent
  • Knowledge of Computer Reservations Systems and travel software (ex: Sabre, Amadeus & Galileo)
  • Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus
  • Strong sales skills and commercial awareness. 
  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
  • Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
