Work on ad-hoc BAU, marketing projects and assignments with the most efficient execution
Seeking further opportunities to further automate our retention channels (e.g., email, push notif, and in-app banner)
Analyze data sets and weekly documentation of all retention activities on our CRM tool
Able to provide suggestions to have continuous improvement on CTR and CVR regularly
Plan and execute marketing campaigns based on the schedule created by the CRM Specialist
Play a big role to support the marketing team in the campaign execution on CRM channels
Take high ownership of the development of the user segmentations on Bibit
Responsible to provide the best journey for the users
Collaborate with marketing teams and across teams, including product, engineering, and data.
Create, maintain, monitor, and optimize marketing campaign engagement and conversion.
Provide A/B testing activities using other campaign channels. (e.g., email, push notif, in-app banner)
Drive high-impact in a fast-paced environment in online marketing efforts, especially in CRM channel

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or other related fields. Fresh graduates with experience are welcome
Experience in a fast-paced industry
Ability to consistently produce quality output and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure, agile working environment.
Strong analytical skills, data-driven, and delighted with statistical analysis and figures.
Experience in project management and data analysis
Understanding of the Customer Journey Experience.
Good communication and collaboration skills
A meticulous and detailed person with strong organizational skills.
Self-driven and a team player
Take ownership of problems
Experience in any of these specializations is a plus: CRM Tools, Google Analytics, HTML & CSS, Microsoft Excel
