This role is to lead the execution of content marketing strategies that captivate audiences, drive engagement, and elevate brand presence across various channels. This role is also aiming to foster meaningful connections with the target audience and enhance brand visibility
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of overall content strategies, including social media and any other ecosystem (online and offline), to grow related success metrics.
- Creatively drive topline growth from awareness level from content perspective by the management of all social media platforms as well as other content platforms.
- Be on top of current trend and able to adapt to strategize the content to ride the wave to gain momentum.
- Minimum 7 years of strong and proven content and social media background.
- Strong understanding of social media and content platforms and best practices.
- Creative and open minded personality with a passion of social media and ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Good and flexible taste in terms of content planning & execution for product & brand related.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Indonesia (especially for creative copywriting) .
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to effectively manage multiple social media channels.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling.
