About the Role:
We're looking for someone who loves shaping narratives and creating compelling content to lead our Content Team. A key part of achieving financial access is education, and as Content Marketing Manager, you will play an important role in enlightening people across Southeast Asia on digital payments and their potential for transforming their lives. You'll work closely with marketers, designers, business leads and product managers to help bring Fazz Financial's vision to life through content, and accelerate growth.

Job Description

  • Develop a content strategy for the SEA market including conducting audience research, keyword research, content strategy audits and gap analysis, and developing a content editorial calendar.
  • Lead the ideation and execute copywriting of content pieces based on the editorial calendar.
  • Publishing of content across all relevant consumer touch-points (website, advertising, emails, press releases etc.)
  • Ensure that high editorial standards are kept across all communication.
  • Be the brand gatekeeper: ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to and that a consistent tone of voice is applied across the organisation.
  • Setup and maintain internal content publishing processes to enable high editorial standards and productivity.

Job Requirements

  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience in copywriting and/or content marketing
  • You have excellent English language proficiency with strong writing skills
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and have hands-on experience with applying SEO to content pieces
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Keyword Research
