About the Role

Join the team that stays relevant and innovative in driving competitive compensation for the GoTo Group. As our Compensation Solutions Partner, you will be a member of the Global Compensation Business Partnering Team, A where the main mission is to independently facilitate key compensation outcomes for their designated client groups with centrally developed products and core processes. Working alongside bright minds in GoTo, you’ll be part of the team that bring happiness to your partner!


What You Will Do

  • Implement the Groups' rewards philosophy and principles in compensation-related decisions and processes
  • Partner with People Business Partners, Recruitment team and Managers on compensation matters, including but not limited to Providing consulting on base salary, bonus, and equity programs
  • Develop New Hire exception offer modeling etc
  • Create retention offer scenario analysis and compensation modeling to retain best talent 
  • Participate in the Annual and mid-year merit cycles to give make sure smooth execution
  • Partner in the Job Evaluation process and give necessary advice
  • Lead & manage compensation analytics to support business projects
  • Be a Subject Matter Expertise support to compensation & benefit queries addressed by stakeholder

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's in Human Resources, Finance, Statistics, and Business Admin is preferable
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits in a corporate HQ environment 
  • Prior knowledge and experience in job evaluation, compensation modeling, salary survey methodologies, and business partnering
  • Familiar with compensation and benefits practices in technology companies  
  • Numerate with excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English and the ability to translate ideas and thoughts into written presentations
  • Highly proficient in GSuite and Microsoft Excel applications
  • Ability to work independently within a highly dynamic and ambiguous environment
About the Team

Group Total Reward is a C&B Center of Expertise (CoE) that provides subject matter expertise on total reward solutions, and global oversight on core C&B processes across the entire GoTo Group which spans across 5 countries with a footprint of 10,000 headcount.  This team Interfaces and works closely with the broader PAC (People and Culture) team of the various operating companies to provide world-class Total Reward products and solutions to enable and accelerate the globalization and growth of the GoTo Group.  
The Group Total Rewards team has delivered game-changing solutions and raised the bar on Total Rewards.  It sets its bar of standards high, and in return provides career fulfillment, fun, recognition, and the platform to do cutting-edge transformational work.
