As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects that support our business goals and digital innovation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of projects.
- Manage project progress and adapt work as required to meet deadlines.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and resolve issues promptly.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure projects adhere to established standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Report on project status, including risks, issues, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings and facilitate communication among all team members.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in digital technology, telco, or IT sectors.
- Has a strong understanding of API concepts (RESTful, OAuth) and SDK integration.
- Proven experience managing third-party vendors and delivering system integrations across international and global partner ecosystems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and tools (JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
