Account Executive

An exciting opportunity has become available at one of the fastest growing IT companies in Singapore. We are expanding and actively looking for a highly motivated individual for Account Executive to ensure smooth operations in the finance team.

Responsibilities:

Processing daily transactions and update relevant data and transactions in the accounting and management system.
Maintain accounting journal, journal entries, general ledger, trial balance and financial statement
Perform monthly financial statement
Provide administrative support to the finance team.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned when required.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in business or accountancy.
Familiar with journal and financial reporting
At least 1 years of relevant work experience with accounting software systems preferred.
Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa
Possess strong initiative, good communication and interpersonal skills
Committed and motivated individuals who are meticulous, have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Contract based 1 year
