Job Description:
- Executing user recruitment for user research purposes
- Managing end-to-end operational aspects of user research (recruitment, respondent management, incentive disbursement, respondent debrief, etc)
- Managing database that can be used for the future recruitment process
- Learn and grow alongside Shopee, as we empower sellers to sell across Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and other fast-growing markets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's from Social or Science fields
- 1-2 years experience from outbound customer service/telemarketer
- Experience as a CATI Caller (Computer-aided Telephone Interview) from the research industry will be a plus point
- Have agile mindset, attention to detail, and uphold high standards when recruiting
- Ready to actively contribute to improving Research Operations process in Shopee
