INDICO is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Commercial and Partnership Manager to join our growing team. As a Business Commercial and Partnership Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing business strategies and establishing partnerships to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
What you will do but not limited to:
Partner Acquisition
- Identify potential business partners aligned with the company’s goals and target market.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and onboard new partners
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for partnership development.
Negotiation and Deal Structuring
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance & Accounting team to structure and negotiate partnership agreement.
- Ensure the partnership agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with the organization’s objectives.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with key business partners, including negotiations, contract agreements, and ongoing partnership management.
Relationship Management
- Foster strong relationships with existing partners to maximize revenue streams.
- Act as the main point of contact for partner inquiries and concerns.
- Regularly assess partner satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement initiatives to increase revenue from existing partners.
- Analyze partner’s performance and recommend strategies for revenue optimization.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing and/or related field.
- Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in Sales, Partnership Management and/or Business Development in Retail market, FMCG and/or Agribusiness
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and establishing strategic partnerships.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs and translate them into business strategies.
- Knowledge of the Indonesian Retail market and/or Horeca ecosystem.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently and willingness to travel as needed.
