Assistant Reservation and Communication Manager - AYANA Komodo

AYANA Hospitality is a leading name in the hospitality industry, dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. We are currently seeking an Assistant Reservation and Communication Manager for our AYANA Komodo resort in Indonesia. As the Assistant Reservation and Communication Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the reservations team, ensuring that guest requests are met, and maintaining clear and timely communication with both guests and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the reservations team and day-to-day operations.
• Ensure that guest requests and reservations are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle guest complaints and issues, ensuring that they are resolved to the guest’s satisfaction.
• Manage and maintain an accurate record of room inventory, rate codes, room types, and availability.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders including the Sales, Revenue and Front Office teams.
• Assist with the creation and execution of the hotel's communication plan by creating engaging content and driving digital engagement.
• Manage and monitor digital presence on social media platforms, OTA's and other distribution channels.

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in reservations management within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa.
• Understanding of revenue management principles and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor and lead a team.
• Strong analytical and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
