Lead a pool of employees of Malaysia Finance team

Monthly Management Reporting

Participate in monthly closing
Prepare costing and adjustments
Generate and prepare accounts receivables and credit
Accounts Payables cleaning
Claims and reimbursements
Fixed Assets Management
Quarterly reporting to investors

Weekly Reporting

Cashflow reporting
Bank and cash reconciliation
Account Receivable and credit review

Tax & Audit

Lead the annual audit process
Review quarterly GST submission
Local Tax matters

Projects

Participate in continuous process improvements and formalization
Improve internal controls and implement policies
ERP system roll out
Any other ad hoc projects requested by superior / management

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 3 years of audit experience with and 2 years of commercial accounting
Experience leading or co-leading team
Familiar with local tax requirements and local tax reporting
Experience working with ERP system will be an advantage
Team player and able to work independently whenever required
