Art Director is expected to lead the graphic designers in creative team to spearhead all branding & marketing aspects towards any kinds of needs within the company and each department. This position will be responsible for nurturing the team members, stakeholders and deadline management to ensure the creative guideline is fulfilled. Concept and idea turned into strategized action.
Responsibilities:
- Provide art direction and design support for projects across channels.
- Demonstrate creative thinking to develop big ideas.
- Capture brand voice in marketing materials from conception to execution of final deliverables and own the work.
- Craft and juggle projects and brands simultaneously - conceptualize new campaign ideas and tactics based on the established voice and tone of the brand.
- Partner and lead within the creative team for the timely development and execution of campaigns and projects, including the conception and execution of final deliverables.
- Nurture and grow a high performing creative team.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as professional Art Based Creative in a multimedia agency, advertising agency, or design studio.
- Passionate to seek out new opportunities to help elevate the brand and output as well as understanding the brand needs and market.
- Creatively brave about the knowledge to nurture ideas to be killer ideas and agile towards it.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a design team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to serve as the main point of contact for Account and Project Management teams.
