The Role

You will be responsible for running day-to-day operations for our ID team, contributing to the growth of the ID accounting function, and reporting directly to our Senior Accounts and Finance Executive. You will not only ensure the timely preparation of key reports but also spearhead projects that will contribute to the efficiency and compliance of the organisation.


Main Responsibilities :
  • Reconcile receivables and payables from our different online and offline channels.
  • Perform accurate journal entries relating to day-to-day business transactions and expenses.
  • Good understanding of Indonesian tax law, such as VAT, WHT 21, 23, 25 and 4(2).
  • In charge of intercompany transactions and billing.
  • Timeliness and accuracy of monthly account closing on the assigned activity.
  • Being a proactive partner to various internal departments and external business partners.
  • Other ad-hoc duties and projects assigned from time to time.

Requirements & Experiences :

  • Maximum 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English.
  • Charming and positive disposition, self-starter attitude, good project manager, with an ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels.
  • Willing to learn and adapt to a fast paced, fast-changing environment.

  • An ability to think & work strategically, efficiently and systematically
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think creatively to come up with solutions that are scalable, sustainable and efficient.

  • A charismatic, trustworthy and relatable team player.
  • Extremely meticulous to a fault!
