As a Finance and Accounting Operation Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in finance and accounting operations while working closely with our finance team. This internship will help you develop essential skills and knowledge in financial processes, reporting, and analysis, providing you with a solid foundation to start your career in finance.

What you will do but not limited to:

• Assist with daily cash reconciliations, tracking cash inflows and outflows across different segments. 

• Support the finance team in maintaining accurate records of cash transactions. 

• Monitor cash flow levels and identify any discrepancies or issues that require attention. 
• Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate financial records.

• Participate in the preparation of cash flow reports for management and financial audits. 

• Assisting in the preparation of customer invoices, ensuring completeness and accuracy of billing details, and adherence to company policies. 

• Inputting invoice data accurately into the accounting system and maintaining organized records. 

• Monitoring accounts receivable and tracking outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment collection. Prepare reports on aging accounts and follow up as necessary. 

• Collaborate with team members to streamline reporting processes and enhance efficiency. 

• Contribute to ad-hoc projects related to cash management and financial reporting. 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Candidate with experience in using SAP will be a plus point 

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities. 

• Effective communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams. 

• Effective written and verbal communication skills. 

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently. 

• Willingness to learn, adapt and take initiative in tasks.
