We’re looking for an experienced and driven
B2B Account Manager to join our growing
Cross-Border Recruitment Service Business (visit
https://talenthub.glints.com/ for more!) to drive revenue through the acquisition of new job vacancies in the Singapore SMB segment and new markets. This will be achieved by acquiring new accounts, increasing wallet share of existing accounts, and collaborating with service teams in Singapore, Batam, etc. to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
You will be hunting leads and farming existing clients, measured by the number of newly acquired jobs from both books, and ultimately revenue from Startups and SME clients. The role will demand face-to-face interaction and expect you to build valuable relationships with clients at various levels.
You will report directly to the Head of Customer Success and Retention in Batam.
What You'll Be Doing
- Grow the business by acquiring new hiring partners, measured by total newly acquired companies, jobs, and revenue from new clients
- Grow the business by expanding the share of wallet from existing clients, measured by total new jobs and revenue from existing clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in Singapore, conducting monthly or bi-weekly in-person meetings in Singapore when necessary, acting as the primary point of contact
- Cross-sell various Glints’ products and services across our offices within Southeast Asia
- Collaborate with the Sales Development Representative team to effectively acquire the requisite number of leads
- Collaborate with other sales teams such as Talent Consultants or Recruiters, Business Operations, and Product Marketing to effectively meet the company’s strategic objectives in terms of sales, profit, and growth targets.
Who We Are Looking For
- 2-4 years of working experience in B2B service sales and/or account management
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, Communications, Human Resource, or a related field
- Proven experience as a B2B Account Manager for international clients (e.g. SEA, APAC) or in a similar role within the recruitment industry is strongly preferred
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
- Willing to travel monthly or bi-monthly to Singapore for a business trip
- Willing to relocate and work in Glints' Batam office
- Proven track record of exceeding or high achievements in individual targets in terms of closing deals and gaining revenue, either in sales, account management, or similar function
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and cross-border hiring challenges are huge plus
- Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, and is able to forecast accurately (at least 2 quarters ahead)
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
- High attention to detail, with a process and solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Someone who loves winning and earning high commissions.
