Your main duties in flying with us:
- Assist the content team in managing all aspects of Tiket.com’s accommodation platforms and implementing content strategy across all platforms
- Maintain, review and improve content that accurately reflects the accommodation products on the Tiket.com website and app, including description, availability, rates and photos
- Manage, arrange and label property photos according to the guideline
- Daily content check in the backend and frontend
- Collect essential content through desktop research and contacting Market Management teams directly
- Supporting other parts of the business as requested by stakeholders
- Attend to email from stakeholders through automated replying and following-up on issue
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Experience in content and admin work, preferably have worked in the e-commerce, media or hospitality industry
- Well versed in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with an ability to produce and edit simple content quickly
- Sufficient computer skills (Google Suite and MS Office)
- Quick and resourceful at desktop research
- Have an eye for detail and ability to prioritize workflow independently
- Proactive with a can-do attitude, approachable and can work in a team
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
- Must be able to understand and follow detailed or general instructions
