Your main duties in flying with us:

• Assist the content team in managing all aspects of Tiket.com’s accommodation platforms and implementing content strategy across all platforms
• Maintain, review and improve content that accurately reflects the accommodation products on the Tiket.com website and app, including description, availability, rates and photos
• Manage, arrange and label property photos according to the guideline
• Daily content check in the backend and frontend
• Collect essential content through desktop research and contacting Market Management teams directly
• Supporting other parts of the business as requested by stakeholders
• Attend to email from stakeholders through automated replying and following-up on issue

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

• Experience in content and admin work, preferably have worked in the e-commerce, media or hospitality industry
• Well versed in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with an ability to produce and edit simple content quickly
• Sufficient computer skills (Google Suite and MS Office) 
• Quick and resourceful at desktop research
• Have an eye for detail and ability to prioritize workflow independently
• Proactive with a can-do attitude, approachable and can work in a team
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
• Must be able to understand and follow detailed or general instructions
