Accommodation Content Editor Sr. Executive

Your main duties in flying with us

• Proofread and edit English (main) and Bahasa Indonesia (minor) content
• Create and maintain tiket.com writing style guideline and brand’s tone of voice
• Work with language specialist, marketing copywriter and UX writer to ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy
• Oversee the quality of both English and Bahasa Indonesia versions of tiket.com, and ensuring the content is consistent with the style guide
• Develop and create report on the quality control process for tiket.com’s copy
• Review English and Bahasa Indonesia copy of marketing materials, sales deck, project proposal, release notes and product information for stakeholders
• Manage writing projects including but not limited to social media post, hotel list, hotel newsletter, campaign landing page, image caption, push notifications and product brief
• Advise on new project briefs and give feedback on specific projects to external (freelance) writers, Language Specialist or Content Manager

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare

• University degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Strong background in editing and proofreading, preferably within e-commerce and/or travel industry
• Experience working at scale in a fast-paced environment
• Native Indonesian speaker and native-level English with impeccable spelling, grammar and punctuation
• Experience in product, sales and marketing editing copy for the Indonesia market
• Meticulous with a focus on accuracy and a strong eye for detail
• Strong business acumen and project management skills
• Collaborative, supportive and proactive
• Strong sense of initiative in team and independent work
• Able to maintain quality across high volumes of work with tight deadlines
• Confident in the ability to build strong relationships with writers and stakeholders
