Buckle up if you’re ready to be our Workforce Planning Specialist. In this role, you shall be responsible for providing HC data for budgeting, monitoring headcount planning vs actual, and analyzing the effectiveness of the manpower in the organization.

Working closely with the PBP and Business Leaders you shall be responsible for a headcount of over 2,500 employees. The folks in the GTF People Business Partner, HR Data Analytics, Finance, and Payroll will be your companions on this ride. Your efforts will band together to enhance the company's operational excellence.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare and provide headcount data for the budgeting process which includes pulling data from Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring the data is all compliant, managing the data for each business/function, and converting headcount data to certain templates for the upload process.
  • Work closely with business leaders and PBP in understanding their staffing requirements and make relevant recommendations
  • You will undertake and analyze manpower productivity and workforce measurement within the organization.
  • Analyzing and researching the staffing requirements of each area of the business. Whilst developing a strong understanding of the talent utilization within each function.
  • Periodically monitor and report on manpower activities and review actual manpower movements against planned to ensure that plans are adhered to and variations are identified, and the necessary action is taken.
  • Assess initiatives that may impact manpower requirements, i.e. level of business operations and growth plans
  • Ensuring the efficient utilization of the current workforce within the organization and conducting budget transfer in the system if required

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Information System/Data Management/Industrial Engineering/Statistics or Social science with at least 5 years experience within manpower planning or human capital in the Financial Service or FinTech industry
  • Proven track record in manpower planning for large organizations or multi-national companies will be an advantage
  • Familiarity in human resource data analytics, data management system, and statistical skills
  • Strong intellectual curiosity, humility, and critical thinking in order to analyze problems and deliver solutions to GTF Makers
  • Proven ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels in the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal and team player, data-insight skills, and proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
