Job Descriptions:
- Build dashboards, self-service tools, and reports to analyze and present data associated with business operations performance (automation) to support key business stakeholders to make data-driven decision in the organization
- Define clear and well-scoped requirements documents, including specs and workflows, that is easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy
- Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
- Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
- Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
- Support on analysis requirements in relation to warehouse automation including but not limited to automation performance, warehouse performance, etc.
- Create supporting material including but limited to deck to present the result of the analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or similar fields.
- 2 – 4 years of experience preferably as data analyst.
- Strong logical to help collect, measure, organize and analyse data.
- Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, and segmentation.
- Proven ability to work independently, self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Preferably familiar with warehouse processes and automation in warehouse environment.
- Experience in working with many stakeholders.
- Have continuous improvement mind-set with good initiative.
- Have strong responsibility by taking ownership on any given task.
- Effective communicator preferably active English speaker or able to communicate in English.
- Resourceful, with a positive can-do attitude.
- Strong process, analytical and project management skills.
- Have advanced skill in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willing to be place in Bogor and mild traveling.
