Warehouse Data Analyst

Job Descriptions:

• Build dashboards, self-service tools, and reports to analyze and present data associated with business operations performance (automation) to support key business stakeholders to make data-driven decision in the organization
• Define clear and well-scoped requirements documents, including specs and workflows, that is easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy
• Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
• Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
• Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
• Support on analysis requirements in relation to warehouse automation including but not limited to automation performance, warehouse performance, etc.
• Create supporting material including but limited to deck to present the result of the analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or similar fields.
• 2 – 4 years of experience preferably as data analyst.
• Strong logical to help collect, measure, organize and analyse data.
• Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, and segmentation.
• Proven ability to work independently, self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Preferably familiar with warehouse processes and automation in warehouse environment.
• Experience in working with many stakeholders.
• Have continuous improvement mind-set with good initiative.
• Have strong responsibility by taking ownership on any given task.
• Effective communicator preferably active English speaker or able to communicate in English.
• Resourceful, with a positive can-do attitude.
• Strong process, analytical and project management skills.
• Have advanced skill in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to be place in Bogor and mild traveling.
