Vehicle Management is one of the fastest growing department in Ninja Xpress. Managing fleet ranging from blind van to wing box across Indonesia. From 2020, numbers of fleet in Ninja Xpress have been increased significantly, doubled to be exact. That is why, we need strong vehicle management manager to lead vehicle team to scale up, build established system to monitor vehicle movement and administration process, works with procurement for cost saving initiatives based and managing vendor performance.

Requirements:

Experienced in fleet management, repair and maintenance process, vendor management and vehicle safety and readiness
Bachelor degree from reputable university
Experienced to work in logistic company would be advantage

Job Descriptions:

Managing fleet and vendor across Indonesia
Coordinate with procurement for vendor bidding and commercial rate
Coordinate with finance for administration and invoicing
Coordinate with vendor for service and maintenance
Fleet inventory and database management
Build integrated system for administration, service request or tickets and inventory management
