Trainer Operations - Shopee Video QC (Based in Solo)

Job Description:

• Provides various types of training for new-hire and existing operation members based on needs which includes on-boarding, good case practice sharing, and refresher
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the training program (e.g. Q&A session)
• Responsible for the training administration and report
• Deliver the test and analyze the test result at the end of each training session
• Define and maintain documentation of the most current operational process to be used for training material
• Coordinate with respective support lead to ensure the accordance of all concern/agenda in every aspect
• Join briefing prior to training session and calibration session to improve the training material

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and above from all majors
• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Trainer (preferably) or experience in Quality Assurance, Knowledge Management, Manpower Management, or similar positions
• Get used to Training Need Analysis, Training Design & Development, Training Delivery, Coaching, and Training Evaluation
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities
• Analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills
• Strong knowledge in working policies, procedures, and rules of operational process
• Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving is required
• Strong presentation skills
• Driven and motivated
• Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn
